AI Audits provides AI-powered website audit reports covering SEO, user experience, performance, accessibility, and conversion optimization. Reports are generated using artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment and Billing
Audit packs are sold as one-time purchases. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay. All purchases are final once the digital service has been accessed. Prices are listed in USD.
5. Intellectual Property
All content and features of AI Audits are owned by AI Audits and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Audit reports generated for your website are for your personal or business use only and may not be resold.
6. Limitation of Liability
AI Audits provides audit reports on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that reports are error-free or complete. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant audit pack.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
