AI Audits is a 100% digital service. We do not sell, ship, or deliver any physical goods.

1. Digital Delivery

All purchases are fulfilled digitally. When you complete payment for an audit pack, your account is credited immediately with the corresponding audit credits. No physical delivery is required or provided.

2. Immediate Access

You can access your purchased audit credits immediately after successful payment. Audit reports are generated and delivered in-browser within seconds and can be exported as PDF, Excel, PowerPoint, or Google Docs.

3. Technical Delivery Issues

If you experience any technical issue that prevents you from accessing your credits or reports after purchase, please contact us. We will resolve the issue or provide an appropriate remedy within 1 business day.

4. No Physical Exchange

As no physical products are sold, there is no exchange policy for physical items. If you have concerns about a specific audit report, please contact our support team.
