Cancellation and Refund Policy
This policy outlines the terms for cancellations and refunds for AI Audits purchases.
1. Nature of Service
AI Audits is a digital service. When you purchase an audit pack, your account is credited immediately with audit credits. Because the service is delivered digitally, standard physical product refund rules do not apply.
2. Cancellation
Audit packs are one-time purchases with no recurring subscription. There is nothing to cancel on an ongoing basis. Unused audit credits remain available in your account until used.
3. Refund Eligibility
A full refund may be issued if: (a) the service was unavailable for more than 24 consecutive hours after purchase due to a technical failure on our part, or (b) you were charged multiple times for the same order. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for: audit credits already used, dissatisfaction with AI report content, change of mind after purchase, or failure to use credits.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us with your registered email address, order reference, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 5 business days.
